Healthy Eating Guide for Schools
Practical guidance for canteens and tuck shops on serving balanced meals.
Every school moving.
National School Moves Day is a flagship activity under Jamaica Moves in Schools. It gives schools a visible, energising opportunity to prioritise physical activity and demonstrate how movement can become a normal part of the school day.
Schools can use the observance to involve students, teachers, staff and families in structured physical activity, games, dance, sport, active breaks and other inclusive movement activities. The strongest approach is not to treat the day as a one-off event, but as a springboard for regular movement throughout the school year.
